Step 01

REFERRAL

A primary care provider sends a referral to AXIS for a gynecologic concern using our downloadable referral form.

Step 02

BOOKING

We’ll reach out to schedule a virtual or in-person consultation through Medeo using the email address provided in the referral.

Step 03

CONSULTATION

We provide short-term care and send a summary to the referring provider. If needed, we refer the patient to the right specialist.

Billing & Appointments

All services are covered by OHIP. We also accept UHIP and Blue Cross. Patients without coverage will be responsible for the visit fee. Appointments are by booking only.

Frequently Asked Questions.

  • Appointments are by referral only. Your primary care provider (such as a family doctor or nurse practitioner) must complete and send a referral form to our clinic.

  • Yes. Depending on your clinical needs, we offer both virtual and in-person consultations. Once your referral is received and reviewed, our team will let you know your options.

  • Yes, all services at AXIS Gynecology are fully covered by OHIP. We also accept UHIP and Blue Cross. If you do not have coverage, a visit fee will apply.

  • No. AXIS Gynecology offers short-term, focused assessments and support. If surgical care or long-term follow-up is needed, we will refer you to the appropriate provider.
