How to access:

AXIS GYNECOLOGY has changed how you can access care.

We are minimizing in-person appointments. Please have your doctor fax us a referral, then email axisgyne@gmail.com requesting an appointment.

  1. Appointments are booked once referral has been sent with your email included.

  2. All first intake appointments will be virtual. If you require an in-person assessment/procedure you will be booked to come in to an office following your intake call.

  3. If you require an investigation (bloodwork, ultrasounds, etc), the requisition will be emailed to you and a virtual follow-up will be booked.

  4. If you require surgery or a further specialist referral, AXIS will make the referral after the initial visit.

DO NOT COME TO AXIS IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY FEVER, COUGH, OR RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS
